• 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Financial & Risk Management in the Digital Age - Optimizing Financial Performance and Managing Risk in Today’s Dental Laboratory. In this course, we discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist in managing today’s dental laboratory. We’ll review the income statement and identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within each section. We will also discuss KPI’s in other areas of the lab, including Sales & Marketing, Production, and Cash Management. Finally, we will review some of the unique business risks faced by laboratories in today’s environment, and ways to mitigate those risks as much as possible.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how adherence to these regulations can significantly enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of safety and quality within dental laboratories.

NADL Members will receive a discounted rate of $59 to attend. The cost to register for non-member is $99. This fee includes the half day of continuing education.
