NADL has collaborated with Melissa Laughon of Catch Your Limit Consulting to create the NADL Leadership Development Series. This series will cover a variety of topics over a five-week series, which will strengthen leader's confidence, and will also equip leaders with the tools they need to create a culture of engagement, where team members are confident with their skills and eager to contribute. Topics will include communication strategies, leadership styles, creativity tools for innovation, and methods for constructive conflict.

The application deadline for the 2026 Leadership Development Series is Saturday, March 28, 2026.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The registration fee is $495 for NADL members and $645 for non-members. To receive the NADL member price, your NADL member number must be included on the application. NADL is offering a reduced rate for multiple registrants from the same organization. Contact Delilah Celeschi, NADL Meeting Planner at [email protected] if you are planning to register more than five people from your organization.


IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Registration - As a reminder, this is an individual registration and each individual that participates in the program should be registered.
  • Group Registration Discount: Please contact NADL for special group pricing if you are registering 5 or more people.
  • Expectations - The NADL Leadership Development Series is a virtual program which is designed to be interactive. The more you invest in this program, the more you will get out of it. You should plan to participate in a space that is conducive to virtual learning.
  • Workspace - During portions of the sessions, you will be assigned to a breakout group, and you’ll want your environment to be free from distractions/interruptions so that you can feel comfortable participating fully in discussions.
  • Equipment - A camera and audio capability are required for this virtual program.
  • Mindset -Bring an open mind and positive energy. Participants in the program will be in different career stages and have different leadership strengths and weaknesses. It is this diversity that will create a variety of learning and peer sharing opportunities.
